Penny Spaulding
Owner
Penny is the mother of three grown women and resides in St. Albans. In her free time you can see her enjoying her time with her family and most importantly her 3 grandchildren. Penny has a heart of gold and is always looking out for others. This mindset will be wonderful as she starts this new journey. She has so much to offer children and families alike.It has always been a dream of Penny’s to own a childcare program and the day is finally here!

Assistant Director
Anna has been in the Early Education Field for 16 years. For the past three years Anna ran her own Family Childcare program out of her home. Anna is a proud mother of two and will be welcoming her 3rd child in the fall. She enjoys watching children grow and learn and is a big kid at heart herself. In her free time you can find her with her children and family spending time together
Courtney Newton
Support/ Working Towards Director Position
Courtney went to school at Johnson State College to obtain her Bachelors in Psychology. While working on her education she has found she has a passion for working with children. For the past two and a half years she has been a support worker providing support to a young individual with Down syndrome. Courtney has lived in Franklin County her whole life. In her free time she loves to travel and see new places. Even while growing up she had a passion for working with children. Courtney would babysit for family members and help at her aunt’s in-home childcare program.
